We proudly offer a 30-day free return policy.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered.
2. Eligible Returns
Items are eligible for return when they:
- Arrive damaged or defective
- Arrive with missing components
- Are significantly different from the product ordered
- Are received in the wrong model or variation
- Do not meet reasonable quality expectations
For change-of-mind returns, products should be unused and returned in their original condition whenever possible.
3. Free Return Shipping
If your return is approved due to our error or a product quality issue, Brickverse will cover all return shipping costs.
Please contact our customer support before sending any item back.
Unauthorized returns may experience delays or may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we'll gladly arrange a replacement whenever inventory is available.
If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be offered instead.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing.
If an order has already been shipped, it will follow our standard return process after delivery.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products intentionally damaged after delivery
- Items modified or assembled incorrectly by the customer
- Products missing major components not related to shipping issues
- Requests submitted beyond 30 days after delivery

8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Providing photographs of both the package and product helps us resolve your claim more efficiently.
